Golf Outing Policies |

| Outings of thirty-two (32) players or more are allowed Monday through Friday. Large Weekend golf outings are restricted to afternoon play and must have a minimum of 72 players. Smaller groups may be accommodated on Saturday mornings if approved by management. |

| Outings of sixty (60) players or more may have a Shotgun start. Groups of 72 or less will shotgun over over nine holes. Groups over 100 players will shotgun over ALL 18 holes. Monday through Thursday events must tee off by 11 AM. Friday events can tee off anytime; weekend events tee off at 1:30 PM. |

| A final count of participants must be submitted to Sunset Ridge AT LEAST 5 DAYS in advance of the outing. You will be minimally charged for the number of meals contained in this count (+ or -5%), even if fewer golfers participate. A deposit is required to "save the date" and payment in full is required on the day of the event. Please advise all participants that NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (from outside sources) can be brought onto the course. This policy WILL BE ENFORCED BEFORE YOU TEE OFF AND DURING PLAY. |

| If weather conditions dictate closing the golf course, a rain date will be scheduled from available open dates at that time. We will not pre-book rain dates. If the course is not closed due to lightening or excessive water, the tournament director will determine if the event is to be rescheduled or played. It is everyone's understanding that the tournament will be played if at all possible. |

| There are NO hidden charges when planning an outing at The Links At Sunset Ridge. Unlike most courses there are NO Professional Fees or mandatory Pro Shop Prize Fees. All meal prices are all inclusive. |

| For all outings of 72 or more players, our professional staff will prepare an information/rules sheet for the group, score the tournament and "skins" contest, assign name tags to all carts, set up you hole sponsorship signs, set up your putting contest, AND WE DONATE BEVERAGES FOR THE TURN! |
